A small workshop with a big table

We’re a small team who like working with people who have an idea. There’s always a half-finished model on our bench, a few freshly cut parts and a sketch with notes scribbled on it.

We set up this workshop for one sentence: “I have a product in my head, but I don’t know where to start.” Whoever says that doesn’t need a thousand-unit order, a complicated quote or jargon. They need someone who listens, draws, prints, cuts — and says honestly, “that won’t work, let’s try this.”

That’s why we think starting with a single prototype is normal. It’ll take a few versions; that’s normal too. And when it’s done, we want your product in your hands, in its box.

How we work

  1. 01

    We listen first

Before any machine starts, we try to understand who the product is for and what it’s for.

  2. 02

    We’re straight with you

If something won’t work well this way, we tell you — and point you to another workshop if that’s better.

  3. 03

    Small steps

Rather than risking a big budget at once, each version teaches us something.

  4. 04

    Finished work

Not a half-done part, but a checked, boxed product ready to hand over.

Team

A small team of product designers, engineers and makers. Between us we cover industrial design, CAD, 3D printing, laser work and packaging — so your project stays with the same people from the first sketch to the boxed batch.

Workshop

Our workshop is at 65 Commonwealth Ave in Boston’s Back Bay. Let us know before you drop by and the coffee will be ready.
